No Payments Are Open Yet
Pro plans, with the prices shown on the pricing page, open with the public launch. Until payments open, no charges are made, no plan is active, and no refund terms are in force — because nothing can be bought.
When Payments Open
Payments will be processed by Stripe, and card details will go directly to Stripe, never to our servers. Plans will renew as described at checkout and can be cancelled anytime, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. Free monthly tokens are not purchases and are never refundable.
Refunds After Launch
The refund window and the contact route for refund requests will be published on this page before the first payment is taken, and the version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. Until that update lands, treat this page as a promise about timing, not a refund offer: we will not take your money before the terms are written.
Billing Mistakes
If you ever believe you were charged in error after payments open, use the contact details published on this page at that time, and include your account email and the date of the charge so the payment can be found quickly.
